School Age swimming lessons can vary significantly depending on the amount of water education the child has attended. We cater for those children that are frightened of the water to those who are competent swimmers looking for some technical advice. A focus is placed on breathing as this is the hardest skill to master in freestyle. In a school age lesson backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly will be taught. We also place great emphasis on stroke efficiency and correct technique.
